Puteri Cove Quayside Merdeka Walkathon 2024 is a non-competitive walking event to celebrate the 67th years old of Malaysia Birthday.

This walkathon event is suitable for age from kids, teenagers, adults and elder. We strongly encourage to participate in this event with your family. To celebrate the 67th years old of Malaysia Birthday and spend your quality time with your loves one through the walk.

Customize high quality event shirt will be complimentary, add on for exclusive draw string bag and customize event medal. We also prepared Zumba warm up performance and stretching for you.

Apart from that, variety of booth selling goods food and drinks for you to refresh after a long distance of walking. Good music performance by lively live band. Inflatable kids’ playground and carnival game are welcomed.

  1. If after registration, you are unable to take part in Puteri Cove Quayside Merdeka Walkathon 2024 for any reasons whatsoever, the registration fees shall not be refunded to you and your registration is non-transferable to any other person.
  2. Anyone under the age of 18 years shall be supervised by an adult whilst participating in the Puteri Cove Quayside Merdeka Walkathon 2024.
  3. Participants shall not be under the influence of alcohol or any drugs whilst participating in the Puteri Cove Quayside Merdeka Walkathon 2024.
  4. By entering the Puteri Cove Quayside Merdeka Walkathon 2024, you do so entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for your own health and condition. By participating in the Puteri Cove Quayside Merdeka Walkathon 2024 you are deemed to be medically fit to participate. Organisers shall not be held responsible for any death, injuries or other losses sustained or suffered by you before, during or after the Puteri Cove Quayside Merdeka Walkathon 2024. The organiser reserves the right to disallow/disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the Puteri Cove Quayside Merdeka Walkathon 2024.

  7. Change in event t-shirt sizes during collection of the race is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Participants must adhere to the race event t-shirt sizes that they have registered for.
  8. The Organizer reserves the right to delay or cancel the commencement of the walk in the event of inclement weather. Should the inclement weather persist after delay, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the race at their discretion without any refund.
  9. The organiser reserves the right to amend the event routes as the organiser deems fit for the safety of the runners and/or to prevent any potential hazards during the race at any time without prior notice to the participants. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the participants prior to the date of the event. The organiser shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.
  10. Your personal data will be/is being collected will be use for the following purposes:

  1. Participants must provide true and accurate information to the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to change or cancel that participant's entry without payment if they discover any wilful dishonesty in it.
  2. The organiser has the right to contact the runner to ask for further information.
  3. Any updates on the event including any changes to the rules & regulations will be posted on the official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/PuteriCoveQuayside/)It is the responsibility of the participants to keep abreast with such updates and changes. The organiser shall not be liable for any loss or inconveniences caused.
  4. By signing up for the event, the participant agrees to follow all the race rules and regulations set by the organiser.
