King Of Lenggong Trail Virtual Run 2021

Event Date: 15^th Aug 2021 – 16^th September 2021.
Registration Period:  05 July 2021 – 31^st Aug 2021 end of the day.
Last day of running submission: 16^th Sept 2021 end of the day.
Time: Anytime (based on current SOP)
Venue: Anywhere in the world (based on current SOP)

1. You need to complete the distance within time given, start from 15^th Aug 2021 12AM – 16^th September 2021 11.59PM.
2. You can run / walk any distance you want in daily basis. You can go with multiple run daily or just do it in one go.
3. No winner for the fastest nor the longest etc, this is just for the sake of fun and journey to remember.
4. There will be ranking and dashboard for all categories.
5. Each run/walk, please upload your prove of run/walk (strava / freeletic / pacer / garmin / coros / etc) into the platform that we provide. Instruction provided later close to run date.
6. As nature of individual sports especially in ultra/endurance running is all about INTEGRITY, we will not control your prove of run/walk, we trust you and your integrity. If you cheat (for whatever reason), everybody will know, or someone will trigger it. So, you answer them yourself. Remember, the worst thing in this life is cheating our own self.

10% given to group of 5 for the registration.

1. All registration will be from Check Point Spot platform.
2. There is RM10 postage charges.
3. There is also 6% CPS admin charge + RM5 CPS Dashboard Fee apply to cover the items below.

4. Once all this is done; we will email you your confirmation of registration.

1. You will get your your E-Bib from CPS individual login portal.

1. Plan your move.
2. You can walk, run, crawl. Taking any vehicle will not serve the purpose enrolling this event.
3. You can run one go or accumulated run daily base on your categories. You also can split 2 run a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. You decide.
4. Once you are done, upload your prove of running in the platform given. These features will be in your CPS individual login portal. We will share step by step on this part near to run date.
5. That’s all

1. E-cert will be generated in your CPS personal login page.
2. We will post your tee, medal and special token of appreciation.

This race is open to all Malaysian/Permanent Resident and oversea runners’ age 13 years old and above.

Even though this is VR, please make sure you are fit enough to do it. If you are not well, please do not push yourself too much.

1. Participants are to accept the risk associated with the event.
2. The organizer will not be responsible for any claim resulted from this event.
3. Runner will need to have personal accident insurance or health insurance.

As we are aware this is hard time during MCO. So please,

1. Please follow latest SOP from Health Minister Department.
2. No group run, please apply distance control.
3. Hygiene control.
4. Run at the allowable place only and with permit (authority/wife/husband/partner).

• The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before the deadline without any notice once the race quota is full. Entry forms will only be processed upon receipt of full payment of the entry fee.​​
• The Organizer reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without reason.
• The Organizer reserves the right to contact and to interview any applicants by phone or otherwise for additional information required for matters relating to their applications.
• Each Participant must ensure his/her health condition, is fit before participating and during the race. Each Participant shall be responsible for his/her own health/condition. The Organizer shall not be responsible for personal injury or death during or after the race.
• After registration, there will be no fee refund for any reason whatsoever.
• Your personal data will be/is being collected will be use for the following purposes: -
• for administrative purposes
• to send you purchased merchandizers.
• This personal data is obtained when you register in this run. We will not release your data to any other third parties.
• Participants must provide true and accurate information to the organizer. Any wilful dishonesty may render a participant's entry invalid, and the organizer reserve the right to amend or cancel such participant's entry without compensation.
