KOTASAS x PAHANG MEDICAL CENTRE Monsoon Marathon Virtual Run 2021 is organized by KOTASAS and Pahang Medical Centre. Participation is open to anyone who currently resides in Malaysia.

 RUN PARTICIPATION

• Registration for the run will be from 21 October 2021 to 20 November 2021.
• Participants can run ANYTIME from 1 November 2021 to 30 November 2021 to complete the run. The participants can split the distance to as many times as they wish within the run period according to category chosen.
• Participation Fee is RM50 for early bird and RM60 as normal price (not including portal fees additional RM5 for long sleeves).
• Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All participants all entitled to receive e-certification based on the categories chosen.
• Participants agree to provide accurate, true, current and complete information about the participants. The Organizer may contact the participants by e-mail or text message. Any notice sent to the e-mail address registered with the Organizer shall consider as received by the participants. If the participants provide any information that is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, or the Organizer has rights to suspect that such information is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, the Organizer may suspend or terminate the participants’ registration and fees will not be refunded.
• Once participants registration is done, there will be NO refund even if participants are not able to participate due to any reason.
• Participants must be certified fit to participate in this event. The Organizer shall not be liable for any accident, injuries or mishap that happened in the participation of the event.
• You may submit your run records through run tracking apps such as Strava and other GPS-enabled running apps, records of runs must include: distance, date of run, timing of run. Alternatively, if running indoors, a screenshot of the run record (ie. a photo of the treadmill dashboard) can be submitted through a link provided in the participant's run submission page.
• Submission of results must be submitted on or before 30 November 2021.

SNAP AND WIN

• SNAP AND WIN contest period is from 1 November 2021 to 30 November 2021.
• Contest is open to all registered participants of KOTASAS x PAHANG MEDICAL CENTRE Monsoon Marathon Virtual Run 2021.
• Participants must own a valid Facebook & Instagram and profile page must be set to public.
• Posts must clearly show Pahang Medical Centre or KOTASAS and is accompanied with the hashtag #KOTASASxPMCMonsoonMarathon2021 to be eligible.
• Collection of prizes will be at the organizer’s offices.
• Each winner will be entitled to one (1) prize only.
• Judges’ decisions are final.

RUNNING KIT 

• Registered and paid participants will be entitled to ONE running kit each.
• Running kit will include one (1) T-shirt, one (1) finisher medal and one (1) fabric face mask.
• T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request of size change will not be entertained. All T-shirts measurement is subject to 1-2 cm tolerance.
• All merchandises’ colour, design and material may be different from illustration and are subjected to change without notice.
• The running kit will be given out after the run period is over.
• Participants may choose to self-collect the running kit at Pahang Medical Centre, Kuantan or to be delivered to them. A flat rate of RM10 delivery fees within West Malaysia or RM15 delivery fees within East Malaysia will be borne by participants. Any changes to the option chosen will not be entertained.

PRIZES

• All paid participants are eligible for a chance to win in the Lucky Draw.
• The winners of the lucky draw are chosen at random.
• Each selected participant can only be eligible to win one (1) prize.
• The prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable to any other form, i.e., cash, goods, credit or services in part or in full.
• Winners will be notified via the forms of communication information provided, i.e., email and/or text messages.
• Lucky Draw prizes are available for self-collect at KOTASAS Sales Gallery, Kuantan. If participants are unable to self-collect the prizes, shipping is available and cost of shipping is borne by the participants. Organizers are not responsible for damages to the product during shipping process.
• The winner must produce their original IC / passport with legible IC / passport number in order to claim the prize. The winner may also be required to produce additional original proof of identity at the discretion of the Organizer.
• Some prizes may require lead time if stock is not available, i.e., Sony PlayStation 5, iPhone 13 etc.
• All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and the Organizer excludes all warranties in connection with the prize to the extent permitted by law.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change the prizes to other prizes of the same value at any point of time without prior notice.
• Pictures of the prizes shown in the promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may differ from the pictures shown.

GENERAL

• All payments are to be collected in Ringgit Malaysia ONLY.
• Any address changes after registration will incur additional charges.
• The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participant), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to the Organizer.
• The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
• All participants release from, and indemnify the Organizer, its agencies, sponsors and representatives against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the giveaway including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
• Unless you opt-out or instruct us otherwise, your personal data may be used to send information and promotional content by the Organizers and partners of the event

1. Race kit can be collected at Pahang Medical Centre.
2. Postage is also available with additional fees (RM10 within West Malaysia and RM15 within East Malaysia).
3. Entitlements will be available 4 weeks after running period is over (30 November 2021).

1. Where can I run?
• You can run anywhere, even indoor with a treadmill. Most importantly is run somewhere safe and track your run for submission of results.
2. How do I track my activity?
   • You must track your run with a running watch (GPS) or phone apps such as Strava. You can also take photo of your treadmill display to show the distance and time taken. Proof of your runs will be required for results submission.
3. How do I upload my run result submission?
   • Step 1 : Go to checkpointspot.asia
     Step 2 : Login with your NRIC or Passport number.
     Step 3 : You will find your e-Bib here too
     Step 4 : Upload your run results
4. Is it limited to outdoor runs only?
   • No, indoor treadmill results are also acceptable. You may submit a photo of your treadmill dashboard and make a manual submission. Please ensure the screenshot has the compulsory items of date and/or time, duration and distance. 
     Note: You may use a device to show the date in your screenshot.
5. If I decided not to run, can I get a refund?
   • No refund is allowed as stated in the T&C.
6. Can I manually collect my race kit?
• Yes, race kit may be collected at Pahang Medical Centre.

2. We will not compromise with any cheating methods used.
