Event Description / Objective:  
The Event is held to raising funds to support the vulnerable communities of Refugees and Orang Asli and raising awareness on the pressing issues that have challenged their living conditions and well-being in Malaysia.

Reminder to participants:
Please bring along confirmation slip from online registration provider or your Malaysian IC / Passport (for non-Malaysians) (thru smartphone) when you redeem your race kit for verification purposes. Collect on behalf of any relative, COMPULSORY to show their confirmation slip or id-card/passport (thru smartphone). Race kit will be forfeited if failed to collect during the stipulated date and time.

Size Chart

1. To register for the event, participants must provide their personal information, including their name, NRIC/Passport number, gender, contact number, email address, and emergency contact details through the online registration portal.
2. Upon successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation slip via email which shall serve as the only valid proof of registration. All participants are required to present their respective confirmation slips and identity card or passports during the Race Entry Pack Collection.
3. Registration fees are non-refundable, and participants who do not take part in the event will not receive a refund.
4. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or change the venue, date, and time of the event. If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer's control, no refunds will be given to the participants.
5. Participants must collect their event T-shirts from 9-11 June 2023 and bring their confirmation slip or ID card/passport (via smartphone) for verification.
6. Participants can also appoint a representative to collect the event T-shirts on their behalf provided with the registration confirmation slip or a copy of the participant's ID card or passport (via smartphone) presented upon collection. No late collection will be allowed, so participants must collect their T-shirts within the provided timeframe.
7. Event T-shirts sizes cannot be changed during the collection, so participants must select their preferred size during the registration process. All runners are encouraged to wear the event tee shirt during the event to promote the event's brand and create a sense of unity among participants.

9. The organizers reserve the right to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of the event for legitimate purposes, including commercial advertising and reports to sponsors and partners.
10. In the case of unfavorable weather conditions, the Organizer has the discretion to postpone the start of the run. If the inclement weather persists even after the delay, the Organizer may decide to cancel the run, and no refund will be issued to the participants.
11. Participants must take full responsibility for their activities, actions, belongings, health, and physical and psychological well-being during the event. Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organizer to ensure participants’ safety, participants shall participate in this event at their own risk. The Organizer, appointed officials, and the sponsors will not be responsible or held liable for any loss or damage, personal or otherwise, injury, or death arising from participation in the event. Participants under 16 years old must obtain parental/legal guardian consent or accompany them.
