Participants may choose to complete the activities in any order.
All sessions does not have to be completed at once, just completed within the race window. So, your sessions for your race can be completed over multiple days and you do not have to start at the exact race start time.
We do not accept activities manually entered or GPX imported to tracking apps, including for indoor activities.
To be accurate and convenience for all parties, we suggest you connect your sessions with reliable apps such as Strava, Garmin, Suunto, Coros, etc.
Result submission: Please email to us the screen shot (picture) once you complete the distance. Please provide your name and ic number together in the email.
