Challenge Requirement

  1. Participant must comply with the challenge format stipulated by the Organiser.
  2. Participant may use any calorie tracking apps to track their workout calorie burned.
  3. Participants are allowed to complete the workout at once or multiple times as long as they finish and submit their result before dateline.
  4. Results are based on adding up total amount of calories an individual participant burned during workout within the period of 1st November 2021 to 14th November 2021.
  5. There are 2 options for results submission.
    • Sync via Strava App
    • Manual Submission – screenshot or photo showing details of the result (It should contain activity date, workout duration time, heart rate, calorie burned)
  6. Participant must submit workout or activity results with proof. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and void any submission at its absolute discretion.
  7. The date for final results submission is on 14th November 2021. Any late submission will not be entertained.
  8. The leaderboard is on the best effort basis. It is subjected to information provided by participants and cannot be deemed as an official result. The organizer does not endorse nor certify the accuracy of the results.
  9. In the event of any ambiguity in any provisions, the Organiser’s interpretation shall be final and binding.
  10. The Organiser reserve the right to use any information shared during registration and submission by the Participant, including photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution by the Organiser.

Registration Terms

  1. Every participant must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about himself during registration. In the event that the Organiser has grounds to suspect that  the information provided by any participant is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the Participant’s registration at its absolute discretion.
  2. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
  3. The Organiser may contact the Participant from time to time by email or phone. Any notice sent to the email address registered with Organiser shall be deemed received by the Participant.
  4. No refunds, transfers, or deferrals are allowed for the Event upon successful registration by a participant.

Term & Conditions

  1. The “Virtual Calories Workout Challenge 2021” (“the Event”) is organized by PCCCI Youth (“the Organiser”).All participants of the Event must submit their registration and entry fee payment online at (https://cps4.me/virtual-calories-workout-challenge)
  2. By registering for the Event, each participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions . Any and all amendments, additions and replacements to the terms and conditions hereto by the Organiser shall be final and binding in all respects on every participant.
  3. The Event is open to Malaysians aged 18 years old and above only.
  4. This Event is a virtual event. Participants can do the workout challenge at any location at their own risk. The Organiser shall not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death, damage or loss of property, whether personal or otherwise, suffered or caused, arising from doing the workout challenge.
  5. The Organiser reserves the right to modify the Event mechanism, withdraw or terminate the Event at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice to any person.
  6. Every Participant must comply with the Covid-19 pandemic Standard Operating Procedures that are set out by the Government when performing the Event challenge. The Organiser shall not be liable for any breach against any rules, regulations and laws by the Participant.
  7. The participant’s access to the Internet and/or Virtual Event may be prevented and/or interrupted by circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser including, without limitation, unavailability or interruption of the Internet or other electronic or telecommunication services and network transmissions (“Service Disruption Event“). The Organiser will not be responsible or liable for any losses and/or indirect or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with any such Service Disruption Event.
  8. The participants are solely responsible for providing, at their own expense, all equipment necessary to access the Virtual Event, including but not limited to a computer and their own internet access (including payment of third party charges associated with such access, as applicable). The participant’s use of any software application in connection with the Event is solely at the participant’s own risk and may further be subjected to the relevant third-party service provider’s terms and conditions which the participant should carefully review. The participant shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her passwords and accounts with the third-party service provider and for any and all statements made and acts or omissions that occur through the use of the passwords and accounts, including any mail or other forms of communication sent and any charges incurred.
