Virtual Series Chase The Light Run 2021

1. Complete your activities within the event period and submit your results by 30th September 2021 (23:59) GMT +8.  Late submission will not be entertained.
2. Runners are advised to complete the run by using Strava App for more easier submission on Checkpointspot portal (https://cps4.me/vctlr2021). For manual submission, the organiser accept any running apps, snapshot treadmill screen or GPS running watch.
3. The runs/steps can be accumulated by multiple runs/steps, which are completed within the running period. (1KM=1500 Steps)
4. All participants can submit as many runs as they like but only the runs selected in the system will be included into the leaderboard. The publication of the leaderboard is on best effort basis, subject to available information for verification and is not an endorsement of the accuracy of the results.
5. Change of category or shirt sizes, refund and/or transfer of bib is not allowed.
6. Once the registration is completed and payment has been made, courier & entry fees for those who for whatever reason(s) do not take part in the run are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-DEFERRABLE.
7. Participants must complete 32/64KM of run to be eligible for the running entitlement.
8. Participants acknowledge they will participate and complete their nominated distance in a manner chosen by them, at locations chosen by them and at their own risk. 
9. Organiser are not responsible for any injuries/ damage/ accidents issues during the running period. Participants acknowledged the risk and injury might happen when running.
10. Entitlements will be shipped by 30 October 2021.
11. Any updates on the Event including any changes to the Rules & Regulations will be posted on the Event's Official Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/ChaseTheLightRelay). It is the responsibility of the Participants to keep abreast with such updates and changes. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or inconveniences caused.
12. Organiser reserves the right to make changes the information without notification.
13. The Organiser reserves the right to close entries before the deadline without any prior notice and/ or when the quota of a race is full.
14. Results are verified based on data submitted by participants and The Organiser has the right to contact the runner to ask for further information. 
15. The Organiser has the right to disqualify and void any submission that is suspicious and inconclusive.
