The GEOPARK ADVENTURE CHALLENGE (GAC) is an endurance race encompassing various disciplines, including mountain biking, trail running, kayaking, basic navigation, and special tasks. This race is meticulously designed to evaluate participant’s endurance and teamwork capabilities. The overall race distance is roughly 54 kilometers.

The Geopark Jerai Climbathon is an intense mountain race that is a part of the larger GAC event. Both events are held at the Muzium Arkeologi Lembah Bujang, Merbok, Kedah. What makes this event unique is that it combines the elements of a trail running race with the added difficulty of ascending a steep and rugged terrain.

It takes place in the Geopark area of Mount Jerai, also known as Gunung Jerai, which is a prominent and picturesque mountain located in Malaysia. The event is distinct in that it combines the essence of a trail running race with the added challenge of climbing a steep and rugged terrain.

Lembah Bujang has its own potential to attract both domestic and international eco-tourists as well as enthusiasts of adventurous activities.
