1. I do not receive the confirmation slip after registered an event. Or I have lost my confirmation slip.

    Please send an email to info@checkpointspot.asia and provide with your full name, I/C number as well as the event that you registered. The admin will resend the confirmation slip to you within 24 hours.

  2. Can I change my t-shirt Size after registration?

    You are only allowed to change the size of the event if the organizer is allowed. Please email to info@checkpointspot.asia if the changes are allowed. Please do note that the admin fee of RM10 will be imposed of every single change on the T-shirt size.

  3. I do not receive my E-bib after the registration

    You can download the E-bib in the email for confirmation slip. Or please go to https://vr.checkpointspot.asia/, choose the event that you registered, and login with your I/C number to redeem your E-bib.

  4. When my entitlement will be delivered?

    You can refer the delivering date on the event portal. For any inquiries regarding entitlement and courier service you need to check with the Organizer directly. You can find the Organizer info on the event portal at the last section.

  5. I have a problem with my registration. What should I do?

    Please screenshot the error message and email to info@checkpointspot.asia, we will help and rectify the problem as soon as possible

  6. Can I upgrade/downgrade/transfer my Run?

    Please refer to the Term and Condition of the event to check whether upgrade/downgrade/transfer is allowed. Please do note that the admin fee of RM10 will be imposed for every single upgrade/downgrade/transfer and no refund for downgrading the category.

  7. When is the Race Pack Collection date?

    Please go to the event portal (checkpointspot.asia) for the detail of the race pack collection detail. You can directly contact the organizer to check and the detail of the organizer will be at the end of the race detail.

  8. The event was cancelled/postponed, can I do a refund?

    Refund is only allowed if the organizer agreed with the refund activities.

  9. Where can I submit the result for my virtual run?

    Please go to https://vr.checkpointspot.asia/ and submit your result on the event that you registered. Please note that some event is handle by organizer themselves instead of thru the system from Checkpoint Spot.

  10. When will I get my refund money?

    The refund process will take around 14 - 30 working days. If you have not received the successful refund email within that period, please email to info@checkpointspot.asia with your full name, I/c Number and your Registration ID, the team will revert to you as soon as possible.

  11. I want to register for me and my friend. Can I register and pay for both registration?

    Yes, you can register an event for your friend too. Upon completing your registration, please click ADD PARTICIPANT and continue to register for your friend.

  12. Can I get my payment receipt?

    Yes, you can email us the name of that event, your full name, I/C number and Registration ID then we will send the payment receipt.

  13. I have a problem with my record/result submission. What should I do?

    Please make sure you are using registration ID from the confirmation slip instead of payment ID, and together I/c number for the login for the result submission. If you still encounter any error message, please screenshot the error message and email to info@checkpointspot.asia together with your full name, IC number and the event that you registered, we will revert to you within 24 hours.
