Term and conditions:
1. Participants below 18 years old must have his entry form signed by a parent / guardian.
2. Race bib number must be worn at all times during the race. Bib number should be pinned in front of your running shirt.
3. Participants who completed online registration agree to abide by the terms and conditions & rules and regulations of the event.
4. Upon confirmation of participants, cancellation, refund, change of t-shirt size or other details will not be entertained.
5. The organiser will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
6. 'Finisher Medal' will be awarded to all participants who complete the fun run.
7. Safe & health measures: The participants should be free from any medical, physical, mental disability and chronic/ infectious disease which would deem it unsafe to participate in the event.
8. Participants with cardio/ heart medical history are advised to consult your doctor prior registration.
9. Registration: All registration must be made through a dedicated website and payment through online banking and credit/ debit card.

Disclaimers Clause:
The organiser reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these terms and conditions, rules and regulations, runner's entitlement, event programme, fees, lucky draw price, route map, event venue and whole event from time to time as they deem fit without prior notice.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event at any time without prior notice to the participants, in which case the organiser will make effort to inform the participants prior to the date of the event. If the event has to be cancelled or postponed, there shall be no refund of fees or donations paid. The organiser, sponsors and affiliates (defined below) shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused. The“affiliates”shall include the event co-organisers, co-sponsors, partners, volunteers, and any entity or person that provided products or services for the event and event activities.
The organiser reserves the right to amend the event format and/or race routes as the organiser deems fit for the safety of the participants and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the participants prior to the date of the event. The organiser, sponsors and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.
There will be strictly no refund available if the event is cancelled for reason of force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the organiser or acts of God which renders it impossible or unsafe to hold the event.
While every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organiser to ensure the safety of participants, the participants take part solely at their own risk and the organiser, sponsors and affiliates will not be responsible or held liable for any injury, damage, contraction of communicable disease, death or other loss howsoever arising from training for, before, during, or after participation in running event for World Kidney Day 2023. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the race day. Participants must accept and understand that he/she must have the physical fitness suitable for the category that he/she registered for, by the day of the race.
Once registration has been duly processed, there will be no fee refund for participants who do not eventually participate in the event for whatever reason.
The organiser reserves the right to use any photographs ( including those of participants ), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors anywhere in the world.
Race kit not collected on the date stated is deemed unwanted and the organiser reserves the right to dispose them.
Due to haze phenomenon, should API reading published by Department of Environment ( DOE ) of Malaysia exceeding 100 at the event venue areas as at 6:00am , 21st October 2023 the run shall be cancelled.
Every participants is responsible for his/her involvement in this event. The organiser will not be liable for any injuries, mishaps, sickness, death or loss/ damage to personal property that might occur during the race.
