Utilise the step counter(pedometer), pair it with a dozen of squats
1km = 1,500 steps
5km = 7,500 steps
12km = 18,000 steps
21km = 31,500 steps
*We accept accumulated steps and distance (GPS / treadmill)

1. Sign up to run and walk for 10^th SP HALF MARATHON 2021.
2. All runners may run anywhere, indoor or outdoor (including treadmill).
3. You may also track your indoor steps during the Movement Control Order (MCO) / Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) / Recover Movement Control Order (RMCO) periods to which you are to observe all SOPs set by authorities.
4. All runners can submit as many runs as they like but only the runs selected in the system will be included into the leaderboard. The publication of the leaderboard is on best effort basis, subject to available information for verification and is not an endorsement of the accuracy of the results.
5. The distance can be accumulated into the total mileage to complete for the entire duration. Late submission will not be entertained.
6. Results are verified based on data submitted by participants and The Organiser has the right to contact the runner to ask for further information.
7. The Organiser has the right to disqualify and void any submission that is suspicious and inconclusive.
8. Completed submission refer to accuracy and complete data with in as below:
   1. Name
   2. E-Bib No
   3. With-in submission period
   4. Distance proof
   5. Pace proof
   6. Heartbeat proof
   7. Stride proof
   8. Completion of the distance (based on category)
   9. Total number of submissions selected (less submission = higher rank)
   10. Total time taken (total of all submission selected)
9. Participants must submit an official registration form with the correct information.
10. All submissions are considered final. No changes may be made to the event category or sizes (If any) after submission.
11. Participants can opt to take part in 1 (One) category only (e.g.: 5km, 10km, 21km)
12. All participants shall receive e-Bib upon registration and e-Certificate after completing the run.
13. The t-shirt we will sent to you by batches if you have chosen postal service. For self-collect, there will be a day for race pack collections which is on 2/10/2021 (Saturday).
14. The registration fees excluded the courier charges.
15. There will be some awesome lucky draw prizes to be draw on 4^th September 2021 at Ashkhu Glow Event Management office.
16. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. All prizes mentioned herein are valid at the time of publishing. Prize images shown in any marketing and advertisement materials are for illustration purposes only. The organizer retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
17. Winners are required to collect the prize at the location and date proposed by organizer or bare the courier charges.

Safety

1. Participants must ensure they adhere to current Covid-19 safety guidelines as laid down by the government of Malaysia, and practice safe social distancing measures at all times.
2. Participants taking part in 10^th SP HALF MARATHON VIRTUAL RUN 2021 do so entirely at their own risk and are fully responsible for selecting a safe route to run, jog or walk.
3. This run involves a level of sustained physical activity. The organiser cannot be held accountable for aggravation to illness or injury sustained due to participation in this activity.
4. We strongly advise that all participants wear the appropriate attire to ensure a safe and enjoyable activities.

How to provide proof of your run apps?

1. Please submit a screenshot/photo of any run apps and submit to https://vr.checkpointspot.asia/ upon completion of the virtual run. This will be updated on the leaderboard.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to update the terms and conditions relating to the virtual run as it deems proper prior to the event.

Good news for participant who has joined SP Half Marathon from 2012 until 2021 (continuously 10 years) will get special discount (25%) for 11^th SP Half Marathon 2022. If possible, please provide of prove participation SP Half Marathon from 2012 – 2021 continuously. Thank you for your support and stay tuned for exciting announcements!
