Aisportz Virtual Run 2020

1.Participants must submit the result within 1 month from the date of the confirmed registration.

1. LCW VIRTUAL RUN (“Event”) is organised by Ai Yun Dong Event Media Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) with the full support of Datuk Wira Lee Chong Wei.
2. Participants below the age of 18 must obtain parental/guardian consent.
3. Entries are not transferrable and no refund will be made once the Participants make payment for the registration.
4. Participants take part in the Event entirely at their own risk and are 100% responsible for selecting a safe environment to run. The Organiser will not accept any responsibility for any accidents or injuries sustained whilst taking part in the Event.
5. Participants may run ANYTIME after their registration is confirmed. The run distance may be completed on accumulated basis.
6. Participants must complete the run within 1 month from the date of the confirmed registration failing which the Participants will be disqualified and will not be entitled to finishing medals and Event T-shirt. Any Participant that is disqualified is not entitled to any refund of money.
7. A run is deemed completed when the Participants upload the details of the run comprising the completed distance of the category of the run, timing and date. If there are more than one (1) photos, these photos must be uploaded as one (1) single file.
8. Finishing medals will be delivered to the Participants who have completed the run commencing 14 October 2020 and the Participants will be notified by e-mail and will be provided with the tracking number for courier.
9. Free delivery of Event T-shirt and medals only within West Malaysia. Additional charges will apply for deliveries outside of Malaysia including East Malaysia. Any returned parcel for any reason whatsoever may be resend at the request and at the costs of the Participants.
10. This is not a competitive event and as such, there will be no winner for the Event.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to the Organiser.
12. All T-Shirts measurement are subject to 1-2 cm tolerance and is not exchangeable.
13. Finisher’s T-Shirt is strictly based on the size selected by the Participant during registration, any request of size change will not be entertained.
14. All merchandises’ colour, design and material may be different from illustration and are subject to change without notice.
15. All payments are to be collected in Ringgit Malaysia and it is based on the current conversion rate of the day. The conversion rate is subject to currency fluctuation.
16. Participants agree to provide accurate, true, current and complete information about the Participants. The Organiser may contact the Participants by e-mail. Any notice sent to the e-mail address registered with the Organiser shall be deemed received by the Participants. If the Participants provide any information that is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, or the Organiser suspects that such information is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the Participants’ registration and registration fees will not be refunded.
17. The Organiser has the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
