Bukit Dinding is a prominent hill in the Setiawangsa suburb in Kuala Lumpur. It can be seen from the tallest building in Kuala Lumpur city and it is famously known as the telecom hill, located on the left of the Middle Ring Road 2, if one is heading to Zoo Negara from Jalan Ampang.


For this challenge, a single loop covers adistance of 7.5 kilometers with an elevation gain of 509 meters. The terrain would be on a visible path running on mixed gravel, trail, tarmac and concrete road surface coupled with a decent gradient

Category Information

12 Hours - This category just need you to complete the minimum distance of 30km (4 loops) within cut of time.

6 Hours - This category just need you to complete the minimum distance of 15km (2 loops) within cut of time.

Relay - This category you need to run in relay of 3. Each runner will need to run 2 loops and last loop you will need to run all 3 together from start point to finishing line. The team must have at least 1 ladies in the group. Combine distance must be at least 50km to entitle as race finisher.

  • Any participant found with incomplete mandatory gear will incur a penalty or disqualification based on the severity of the breach. No negotiations of incomplete mandatory gear condition will be allowed.

    As part of our green initiatives, we encourage all participants to ‘bring your own bottle/cup’ which reduces the number of paper cups used on the course. Bring 2 set (1st at start and 2nd at u-turn point) of your own cup/bottle and mark it with your bib number and deposit to us during the race event 30 minutes before.

Terms and Conditions

  • By signing up for the Event, the Participant agrees to follow all the race Rules and Regulations set by the Organizer.
  • Registration is valid once payment received and VERIFY by the organizer. Any incomplete entries without payment will NOT be valid.
  • Participant below 18 years old must have his entry form signed by a parent / guardian.
  • Once registration has been processed, there will be no refunds of fees. Participants are not allowed to transfer their race entries to another party or change race categories after their registrations are confirmed, unless allowed by organizer in written form
  • Participants run solely at their own risk and the Organizers will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death during or after participation in the Event. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior competing in this event
  • Only registered participants are allowed to participate in this event, no other person besides the registered participants can use the race bib to enter and run this event. Any person violates this rule will be DISQUALFIED and BANNED from future events.
  • Only participants who have completed the race within the COT will be listed in the final results.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend the event routes as the Organizer deems fit for the safety of the runners and/or to prevent any potential hazards during the race at any time without prior notice to the Participants. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the Participants prior to the date of the Event. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event at any time without prior notice to the Participants. If the Event has to be cancelled or postponed, there shall be no refunds of fees and the Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.

Disqualified (DQ)

  1. Cheating (using other people bib, take shortcut, take vehicle)
  2. Create any harm to other participant or organizer or come with disturbing or unsporting behaviour

Stop procedure

Once you’ve completed the race or even decided to stop halfway, kindly inform the organizer so that we can properly record your race status.

Race timing

  1. We are using electronic system to record your lap timing as well as the overall timing.
  2. Please place your race bib at the front of your body and visible. Not at the back or under your shirt.
  3. You must complete the last lap before 3:45pm in order to be counted as your distance.

Medical

  • There will be on site medical personnel to assist for minor injuries, any emergency case will be referred to the nearest clinic/hospital.
  • Organizer will provide a basic first aid kit at the Start/Finish point.
  • Participants are responsible to ensure they are fit and healthy before start the race. Please consult your doctor if there is any doubt.

Drop Bag Service

  • There will be a drop bag service at Start/Finish line. We limit only 1 bag per runner.
  • Please help to pack your thing properly and tag with BIB NUMBER.
  • We will dispose any bag that not collected 1 hour after the cutoff time.
  • We will not be liable for any damage to your item.
  • To withdraw your drop bag just show your bib number.
