1. The schedule is subject to change when deemed necessary by the organizer.
2. Inspection of mandatory items will be carried out during the RPC and randomly throughout the race.
3. Please follow the instructions from the crew at all times.
4. All items at the baggage counter must be picked up by showing the race bib at the latest at 4.30pm (28 May 2023) either by the participant himself or a representative. Any item not picked up after 4.30pm can/will be disposed of. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any item at the drop off counter.

1. All participants must register online by providing their name, ID/passport number, gender, contact number, email address and emergency contact details.
2. After successful registration, each participant will receive a confirmation slip via email. The confirmation slip serves as the only valid proof of registration. All participants are required to submit a confirmation slip and, or their respective identification cards and; or passport during RPC.
3. This event is open to participants aged 18 and over. Age is calculated based on 27 MAY 2023.
4. The organizer will immediately disqualify any participant, if these rules are not strictly followed.
5. Runners are not allowed to be supported by any Third Party or race participants, other than at the Checkpoint provided by the organizers along the race track.
6. If you withdraw from the race, you must report to the nearest checkpoint. This will ensure that you will be safely removed from the race and brought back to the finish line.
7. If you need First Aid assistance on the track, you must contact the emergency number that will be given to you during the REPC 27 MAY 2023, as set out in the EVENT GUIDE shared before the race weekend or meet the nearest crew.
8. You must carry your own mandatory equipment at all times during the race. Random gear checks will be conducted during the race. Runners without mandatory items will not be able to continue, until they arrange for the missing item to be replaced.
9. You must obey the instructions given by the checkpoint officials, or officials on the track and withdraw from the race if you miss any Cut-Off time at the checkpoint.
10. Throwing garbage carelessly is strictly prohibited. Please dispose of all trash in the zip lock bag you bring.
11. Do not leave any human waste on the race track. If you need to poop, get off the track and "Leave No Trace".
12. You must obey any signs and information markers along the race track if any.
13. The organizer reserves the right not to punish behaviour that is considered inappropriate and unsportsmanlike.

• All participants will receive event shirts.
• This shirt is also open for pre-order at a price of RM39/pc. Self-collect at REPC. Postage WM +RM8, EM +RM13. Delivery starts June 1, 2023.
• Participants are advised to refer to the size chart and choose their size carefully to avoid any sizing issues.
• No exchange will be allowed after registration confirmation.

The finisher's shirt will only be given to 30KM participants when they finish the race within the set time.

Finisher Medals will only be awarded to runners who finish the race within the designated time.
Registered participants who do not show up in person on Race Day will be disqualified and will not be eligible for a finisher's medal.

Mandatory gear checks will be carried out during the REPC and randomly during the race.
Any runner who fails to comply with the list below will be penalized.
Any decision made is at the discretion of the promoter and is final.

1. Participants must wear their bib number on the front.
2. Defacing the race bib in any way (eg, obscuring/removing sponsor identification) will result in your disqualification. The organizer will immediately disqualify any participant, if these rules are not strictly followed.
3. Participants without a race bib on the day of the event will not be allowed to start the race.
4. Anyone found competing with someone else's race bib other than their own will be disqualified, and possibly banned from the event for a period of time.
5. Organizers oppose illegal transfer of bibs. Any transfer must be notified and authorized by the organizer. This is to ensure that in the event of an incident, the right person is contacted and the right treatment given in some cases.

** The difference of 12 and 18 hours for the 30KM category group is the start time and cut-off time only.
** 12 & 18 hours are the same category, no separate prizes.
** For DUO participants, time is counted for the last participant crossing the finish line.

Documents Required for REPC

• Confirmation slip - we encourage paperless distribution. Therefore, the confirmation slip displayed via mobile/smartphone at the REPC counter is sufficient.
• Participants can also submit their Identity Card (Malaysia) or Passport along with a confirmation slip for verification during the REPC.
• Please note that race entry packs will not be issued on the day of the event unless the organizers are notified in advance. This is to ensure that there is no interference with race preparations.
• Please note that registered participants are required to take their own Race Entry Pack. You are not allowed to pick up a Race Entry Pack on behalf of another runner.

All runners are covered by Personal Accident Insurance.
