Format Pertandingan / The Race Format

• 5 orang Peserta yang melepasi awal garisan penamat mengikut kategori akan menjadi pemenang / The 5 riders who crossed the finishing line first ahead of his or her category is the category winner.
• Pemenang setiap kategori akan dinilai dengan menggunakan "Timing Chip" / Each category winner will be determined by using the ‘Timing chip’ method.
• Laluan Berbukit sejauh 62 km zon pendakian 1463m termasuk 4km Neutral Zone yang bermula dihadapan Symphony Suites Hotel, Ipoh Perak dan akan tamat di CB Hill, Cameron Highlands, Pahang Darul Makmur / The race has a distance of 62km climbing zone including 4km Neutral Zone. It starts at Symphony Suites Hotel, Ipoh,Perak and will ends at the CB Hill, Cameron Highlands, Pahang Darul Makmur.
• Pelumba akan dilepaskan serentak bagi semua kategori dan bagi setiap jenis basikal. / All categories will be flagged off simultaneously.

Topi Keledar / Helmets

Semua pelumba diwajibkan memakai topi keledar (hard shell helmet) semasa pertandingan / All riders are required to wear hard shell helmets.

Spesifikasi Basikal / Bicycle Specifications

MTB

• Semua jenis basikal MTB (26 ers, 27.5 ers dan 29 ers) adalah dibenarkan / All types of MTB bicycles are allowed (26 ers, 27.5 ers and 29 ers).
• Semua jenis tayar MTB Offroad dan slick dibenarkan / All types of off-road and slick MTB tires are allowed.
• Semua jenis Suspension Fork dan Rigid Fork dibenarkan / All types of suspension forks and rigid forks are allowed.
• Penggunaan frame MTB sahaja dibenarkan. / Only MTB frames are allowed.

Komisar dan Pegawai Teknikal Pertandingan / The Commissares And the Race Technical

• Ketua Delegasi Teknikal dan Pengurus Pertandingan akan menghakimi bersama-sama dengan Jawatankuasa Teknikal Pertandingan dan Komisar PKBM. / The Chief Technical Delegate and the Race Manager will be assisted by the Technical and Race Commissare of MNCF.
• Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Teknikal Kejohanan melantik (En.Mohd. Asril B. Ab.Rahman dan En. Chung Chee Wai) sebagai pegawai pengendali paparan keputusan kemenangan setelah disahkan oleh Ketua komisar PKBM. / The Chairman of the Technical and Race Committee appointed (Mr. Mohd. Asril B. Ab. Rahman and Mr. Chung Chee Wai from DRCC comitee) as the race result winners announcer after received endorsement result from the MNCF Comissar.
• Keputusan oleh En.Mohd. Asril B. Ab.Rahman dan En. Chung Chee Wai dalam setiap kategori adalah muktamad. Sekiranya berbangkit sebarang perkara ia akan dirujuk kepada panel Juri Rayuan. / The decisions of Mr. Mohd. Asril. B. Ab. Rahman and Mr. Chung Chee Wai for each categories is the final decision.

Disputes will be forwarded to the Panel of the Appeals Jury.

Jawatan Kuasa pertandingan berhak membuat pemeriksaan basikal peserta, sekiranya didapati timbul keraguan tentang spesifikasi basikal bagi setiap kategori / The Race Committe has the right to inspect any bicycle should there be any doubts about its specifications.

Arahan Keselamatan / Safety Order

• Marsyal bermotosikal berhak memberi amaran kepada mana-mana pelumba yang tidak mengikut peraturan keselamatan pertandingan / Marshals on motorcycles are entitled to warn any cyclist who does not follow the rules of safety order.
• Penganjur tidak akan bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya diatas sebarang kehilangan, kerugian, kerosakan dan kemalangan ketika dalam masa perlumbaan berjalan. / Organizer are not responsible for any loss, harm, damage and accidents during the race runs.
• Peserta tidak dibenarkan melintasi di laluan bertentangan dengan arah laluan Kejohanan / Rider are not allowed to ride across to the opposite lane of the race direction.
• Hanya satu lorong laluan sahaja dibuka untuk kejohanan ini / Only one lane is open in this tournament.
• Peserta dibawah umur 18 tahun perlu mendapatkan persetujuan dari ibubapa/penjaga / Participant under the age of 18 years old must be obtain approval from their parent / guardian.

Bantahan (Tatatertib) / Disputes

• Semua pasukan berhak untuk membuat bantahan keputusan pertandingan. Hanya Pengurus Pasukan sahaja dibenarkan membuat bantahan. Bantahan hendaklah dibuat secara bertulis/bukti kepada Juri pertandingan dan disertakan dengan wang pertaruhan sebanyak RM500.00 tunai / All teams are allowed to file disputes over the race results. Only team managers are allowed to file disputes. Disputes must be submitted in written/proof form to the race jury accompanied by a fee of RM500.
• Wang pertaruhan akan luput jika bantahan yang dikemukakan itu didapati tidak wajar / A dispute fee will not be refunded if the dispute has been found to be not valid.
• Bantahan hanya boleh dibuat dalam masa 10 minit selepas keputusan diumumkan / Disputes can only be filed within 10 minutes of the announcement of race results.

Peserta perlu mematuhi SOP Penganjuran / Participants must followed the Event SOP.
