1. Open to who is interested to participate in this event. Completion of the official Application Form, including online registration, confirms the Participant’s agreement to abide by the relevant rules and regulations.
2. The organiser shall not be held responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate every detail in the registration form.
3. Children below 7 years old who joined this activity must be accompanied by a guardian. Ensure the authorization has been given by parents/guardians of participants under 18 years old with their own responsibility. Once a participant’s registration has been processed, there will be NO FEE REFUND for the participant who does not eventually take part in the event for whatever reason.
4. Participants are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to transfer their event entry to another party or change the event categories after his/her registration is confirmed. The organiser shall not liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.
5. Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organiser to ensure the participants’ safety, all participants are responsible for their own safety and must observe traffic regulations during the event. The organiser shall not be liable for any death, damages whatsoever, resulting from injury, whether fatal or otherwise, of any participant or for damages to loss of such person's property.
6. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult a medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual event day. It is the responsibility of every participant to ensure that they are fit and healthy to participate in the run without major morbidity.
7. Our medical team has the sole and final authority to remove any participant from the event if the participant is deemed physically unfit to continue the event resulting in serious injury.
8. The organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, route, date and time of the event. There is NO FEE REFUND if the event is cancelled for outbreak, disease and whatever reason.
9. The organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of this event, for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors and partners.
10. The organizer will issue the T-shirt size as indicated in the registration form. Sizes are provided based on a first serve basis. In the event when the sizes and colours are unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with others sizes and colours without prior notice.
11. Changes sizes of the T-shirt during collection of the race pack are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. Participants must adhere to the T-shirt sizes that they have registered for. No race kit collection on the event day.
12. Participants must wear the assigned bib number on his/her chest. Participants who are not wearing a bib number will not be allowed to redeem their goodies bag and take part in the run.
13. Medals will be given ONLY to participants who have completed the run and cross the finishing line. Collection of medals on behalf of others who are not able to run or attend will NOT BE ALLOWED under any circumstances.
14. Participants must follow the respective event route and the instruction of helpers there. Participants who do not start within 45 minutes from the starting time will be disqualified and for safety reasons they may not be allowed to start.
15. The organiser reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof by displaying at any means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by Soaram Management.
16. As it is a fun run the time taken to complete will not be taken in.
