By registering for the Impian Run for Charity 2024 (“Participant”), a Participant shall agree & accept and is deemed to agree to & accept all the following terms and conditions relating to the Impian Run for Charity 2024: -
- The registration fee of RM 50 (super early bird price) /RM60 (early bird price) / RM 70 (normal price) received from a Participant will be donated to SJKC Thai Hong, Rotary Club of Impian Emas, and Lions Club of Tanjung Petrie Johor Bahru – FACE Project.
- After registration, if a Participant is unable to take part in the Impian Run for Charity 2024 for any reasons whatsoever, the registration fee shall be forfeited entirely and is non-transferable to any other person.
- A Participant under the age of 16 years shall be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout his/her participant in the Impian Run for Charity 2024.
- A Participant shall not be under the influence of alcohol or any drugs whilst participating in the Impian Run for Charity 2024.
- By participating in the Impian Run for Charity 2024, a Participant does so entirely at his/her own risk and is solely responsible for his/her own health, state and condition.
- By participating in the Impian Run for Charity 2024, a Participant is deemed to be mentally and medically fit.
- Change in event t-shirt sizes during collection of the race is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Participants must adhere to the race event t-shirt sizes that they have registered for.
Neither Gunung Impian Development Sdn. Bhd. nor its directors, management, staffs, organizers or volunteers, directly or indirectly involved in the Impian Run for Charity 2024, shall be held responsible for any death, injuries, losses or damages sustained or suffered by a Participant before, during or after the Impian Run for Charity 2024. The organizer reserves the right to disallow/disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be mentally and/or physically unfit to participate in the Impian Run for Charity 2024.

Bhd and/or the organizer reserve the right to change the Entitlements to comparable alternatives.
A Participant who successfully completes the Impian Run for Charity 2024 will receive a finisher’s medal. The Race T-shirt, finisher medal & goodies bag (“Entitlements”) are not transferable or exchangeable for cash and are subject to the terms and conditions determined by the organizer.
Gunung Impian Development Sdn. Bhd. and/or the organizer reserves the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other media recordings (including those displayed by the participant) of the Impian Run for Charity 2024 for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited for commercial advertising.
A Participant’s personal data will be used by Gunung Impian Development Sdn. Bhd. and/or the organizer for the following proposes:
- For administrative purposes;
- To send promotional materials for marketing purposes.
A Participant’s personal data will not be release to any other third parties unless with the express written consent of the Participant.
There shall be no refund of the registration fee, if the Impian Run for Charity 2024 is cancelled for any force majeure events i.e., due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of Gunung Impian Development Sdn. Bhd. and/or the organizer (including but not limited to haze, storm, rain, floods, inclement weather, wind, act of God, terrorism, virus or disease outbreak, orders or restrictions or lock down by the Malaysian government or other similar conditions) and which in Gunung Impian Development Sdn. Bhd. and/or the organizer's opinion, renders it impossible, impracticable or unsafe to hold the Impian Run for Charity 2024.
A Participant agrees to release Gunung Impian Development Sdn. Bhd. and the organizer from all claims/actions connected with his/her participation in the Impian Run for Charity 2024 and agrees to fully indemnify and keep Gunung Impian Development Sdn. Bhd. and its directors, management, staffs, the organizers and volunteers, directly or indirectly involved in the Impian Run for Charity 2024, fully indemnified against all liability, injury, death, loss or damage connected with his/her participation in the Impian Run for Charity 2024.
