TERMS AND CONDITION

Participants of Kuching Half Marathon Heritage Run 2025 agree to the below Terms & Conditions. 

  • Not to hold the Organizers and Co-organizers, their representatives and sponsors against all cost, expense or liability that arises in consequences of their participation in the event.
  • Waive all claims for any and all injury, death and invalidity to participants or the person under their care which may be caused by any act or failure to act by the organ-izer, members and employees arising directly or indirectly during the course of the event or arising as a result of it.
  • Assume liability for any loss, damage or liability from the event.
  • Video footage and/or photos taken during this event which may or may not include participants' recognizable image are property of the Organizer.
  • Allow the Organizer to use the images in print, digital or web based formats for promotional and archival purposes.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these rules and regulations of the Event from time to time as they deem fit.
  • If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the Organizer shall be the authority to interpret and in so doing, the Organizer will take into account the interests of all the affected participants.
  • All participants below 12 years old must be accompanied by Parents and/or guardians during this event. Full responsibility shall be by the Parents and/or guardian.

Participants of Kuching Half Marathon Heritage Run 2025 agree to the below Terms & Conditions for our Racepack Collection. 

  • Strictly no changes in T-Shirt sizes allowed.
  • Late collection/collection on event day will not be entertained.
  • Racepack that is not collected on collection date will be deemed as unwanted and the organizer reserve the right to dispose them accordingly.
  • Remember to bring along your confirmation slip during collection day.
  • If you are not able to collect your racepack in person, please nominate someone to collect on your behalf. Nominee must bring along the confirmation slip for racepack collection.
  • YOUR RACEPACK ONLY CAN BE COLLECTED ON RACEPACK COLLECTION DAY ONLY.
