However, if you do not have the Strava App, you can still select “Manual Upload” function on Checkpoint Spot dashboard, enter all the mandatory data fields, and upload a photo as proof of your distance. The photo could be the photo of your Garmin Connect, or any other applications/wearables (such as MapMyRun, Komoot, Trailforks, etc) which shows the time, distance, and name.

The ranking will be based on the overall timing clocked by the individual participant (for Individual Category) or the team as a whole (for Team Category) for the selected mileage. You could select by ticking the activities which you wish to be included for computation purpose. For example, in the event that you have registered for 50km Individual Category but you have run/walk/jog/hike more than 50km, then you could select your faster activities to make up a total of minimum 50km. In the event you have completed 49km and your next activity is 3km, then the overall time taken into consideration will be the overall timing for 49km + 3km as you need a minimum 50km for your selected mileage.
