• Participants may walk anywhere safe, any time from 7 Nov 2025 (00:00) to 7 Dec 2025 (23:59).
• Track your activity using any running app (Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, Runkeeper, etc.) and submit a screenshot of the tracking device as proof of distance.
  
• If using a treadmill, upload a picture of the treadmill screen showing the distance and time as proof.
  
• You can split the distance into up to 5 segments, as long as the total accumulated distance is reached. There is no cut-off time.
  
• You may upload your submission and screenshot at any time during the event period 7 Nov 2025 (00:00) - 7 Dec 2025 (23:59).
  
• Submissions must be completed by the end of 7 Dec 2025 (23:59). Participants who fail to submit their activities by this date will be disqualified and marked as Did Not Start (DNS) and will not appear on the Leaderboard. Submit your activities by selecting the best results in the "Result Submission Information" table. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  
• Ensure you tick/select the relevant data in the "Result Submission Information" table to submit your result to the Leaderboard. Only successfully submitted results will appear on the Leaderboard.
  
• If you walk beyond the required distance for your category, the Leaderboard will record your actual time but will only account for the distance required for your category.

2. Campaign Period

• Registration starts at 00:00:00 on 15 October 2025 and closes at 23:59:59 on 21 November 2025.
  
  
• The on-ground walkathon starts at 06:00:00 on 7 December 2025 and ends at 09:30:00 on 7 December 2025.
  
  
• The virtual walkathon starts at 00:00:00 on 7 November 2025 and ends at 23:59:59 on 7 December 2025.

3. Eligibility

The campaign is open to all individual legal residents of Malaysia.

Participants aged below 16 years MUST be accompanied and supervised by a registered adult (aged 18 years and above) within the same category.

Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for the safety, conduct, and supervision of their children throughout the event. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any incidents, injuries, or losses arising from inadequate supervision.

Foreign nationals who are legal residents of Malaysia are also eligible to participate. The Organizer reserves the right to request valid identification or proof of residency for verification purposes.

The Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify any participant who provides false information during registration or fails to meet the eligibility criteria.

4. Campaign Entries

By submitting an entry to the Campaign, Participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

All costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from the participation in the Campaign, including without limitation, telecommunications, network, Short Messaging Services, postal and all such other charges and out-of-pocket expenses as may be incurred by a Participant during or in connection with the Campaign shall be borne by the Participant.

5. General

The Organiser, its agents, sponsors and/or representatives shall not be liable to perform any of their obligations in respect of the Campaign and the Terms and Conditions where they are unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond their control and shall not be liable to compensate the Participants in any manner whatsoever in such circumstances.
