Lung cancer remains one of the most prevalent and deadly forms of cancer worldwide, with significant health implications and societal burdens. Through this fun run, we aim to shed light on this critical issue, dispel misconceptions, and emphasize the importance of regular health screenings and the early detection and prevention of lung cancer. By enhancing public awareness, we believe we can make a tangible impact on the community by improving general health literacy in addition to lung cancer awareness. Our vision extends beyond the event itself, as we strive to build a network of support that continues long after the run concludes.
