Route 68 Ultra Virtual Run 2021

We are conducting the second edition virtual run for our Route 68 Ultra 2021.

Our special virtual run event is created with the reason of hoping to still connect and engage with our Route 68 Ultra participants, even under the circumstances of large gathering and travel difficulties.

Route 68 Ultra 2021 Virtual Run event will commence within the period of 23 April 2021 - 30 June 202111:59pm (GMT+8)

Where is this?
Route 68 Ultra 2021 Virtual Run will take place anywhere deemed safe by participants to complete your registered category of 50km, 100km, 168km or 200km. Participants may choose to run, walk, jog or treadmill to perform your attempt.

How to complete the event?
Participants are required to follow the category distance fixed the organizer for this virtual run. Once completed, participants are to login to our designated portal and upload your result for leaderboard viewing. Participants may wish to purchase our Route 68 Ultra Virtual Run merchandises to commemorate the special edition year.

How does it work?

Existing registered Route 68 Ultra 2020 participants:
Route 68 Ultra 2021 Virtual Run is Free (1 FREE entry for any category selection) for all our existing registered 2020 participants only, while the official entry for Route 68 Ultra 2021 still remains valid and unchanged. The virtual run slot is an automation registration and you are able to find your registration information in the result submission page. You may download your e-Bib at the result submission page too.

Route 68 Ultra VR 2020 participants:
Route 68 Ultra 2021 Virtual Run is 50% off (1 50% off for any category selection) for all our existing registered 2020 VR participants. The virtual run slot is an automation registration and you are able to find your registration information in the result submission page. You may download your e-Bib at the result submission page too.

If you wish to just join the virtual run without purchasing the merchandise tee, please proceed to submit your race result directly at the race submission link.
- Login by using your National ID (NRIC) or Passport number ( 8xxxxx-xx-xxxx), download your e-Bib at the result submission page.

If you have registered the virtual run and decide to purchase the merchandise tee later, you will need to use registered Registration ID as promo code.
- Enter your registered Registration ID (R68VR21-XXXXXXXXX) as the promo code and follow the step instruction.
- Registration fees will be automatically waived and you only pay for the tee and shipping fees.

Route 68 Ultra VR - Category Format

200KM PARTICIPANTS
Participants for this category are required to complete 200km in a single run or multiple run within the date of 23 April 2021 - 30 June 2021. Participants may choose to run, walk, jog or treadmill to perform your attempt. No cut off time for each activity run. Participants are able to perform multiple run in single day (example : 10km in the morning , 10km in the afternoon and 10km in the night ) total will be capture 30km at the same day.

168KM PARTICIPANTS
Participants for this category are required to complete 160km in a single run or multiple run within the date of 23 April 2021 - 30 June 2021. Participants may choose to run, walk, jog or treadmill to perform your attempt. No cut off time for each activity run. Participants are able to perform multiple run in single day (example : 10km in the morning , 10km in the afternoon and 10km in the night ) total will be capture 30km at the same day.

100KM PARTICIPANTS
Participants for this category are required to complete 100km in a single run or multiple run within the date of 23 April 2021 - 30 June 2021. Participants may choose to run, walk, jog or treadmill to perform your attempt. No cut off time for each activity run. Participants are able to perform multiple run in single day (example : 10km in the morning , 10km in the afternoon and 10km in the night ) total will be capture 30km at the same day.

50KM PARTICIPANTS
Participants for this category are required to complete 50km in a single run or multiple run within the date of 23 April 2021 - 30 June 2021. Participants may choose to run, walk, jog or treadmill to perform your attempt. No cut off time for each activity run. Participants are able to perform multiple run in single day (example : 10km in the morning , 10km in the afternoon and 10km in the night ) total will be capture 30km at the same day.

Route 68 Ultra VR 2020 Merchandise Item

Once registration is confirmed, participants are unable to request a for size change.
The delivery of the purchased merchandise item will only be processed June 2021.
It is participant's responsibility to ensure the delivery information provided is accurate and reachable.
Each participant is entitled to one courier only, and will not be compensated for failure to receive the merchandise delivery.

Runner Are Classified As The Following

Offense
Any runner who dropped out of the run	Did Not Finish (DNF)

Any runner who registered and not start the race	Did Not Start (DNS)

Terms & Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before the deadline without any notice once the race quota is full. Entry forms will only be processed upon receipt of full payment of the entry fee.
The Organizer reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without reason.
The Organizer reserves the right to contact and to interview any applicants by phone or otherwise for additional information required for matters relating to their applications.
After registration, there will be no fee refund for a Participant who does not eventually take part in the race, for any reason whatsoever.
Each Participant must ensure his/her health condition, is fit before participating and during the race. Each Participant shall be responsible for his/her own health/condition. The Organizer shall not be responsible for personal injury or death during or after the race.

This personal data is obtained when you register in this run. We will not release your data to any other third parties.
Participants must provide true and accurate information to the organizer. Any willful dishonesty may render a participant's entry invalid and the organizer reserve the right to amend or cancel such participant's entry without compensation.
