Terms & Conditions

  1. Running kaki Malaysia Christmas Event is open to all Malaysian & Non-Malaysian residing in Malaysia ONLY. (Foreigner outside Malaysia can join if u can provide a Malaysian address who can help you collect your finisher item)
  2. Registered participant cannot be transferred and strictly not refundable.
  3. Participants will need to obey the social distancing, complied with Government Standard Operation Protocol (SOP), while doing the run/walk at the public area.
  4. Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the information and the reward without notification.
  5. Screenshot/photo of running apps, or GPS running watch can be used as proof of running/elevation gain. The screenshot/photo must contain the distance, date and time.
  6. For accumulated category, The Distance can be achieved in one run or multiple runs.
  7. Any late submission after the said date would not be entertained. Hence, the entitlements are deemed to be forfeited.
  8. T-shirt and Finisher Christmas pack delivery start 12/12 & all postage fees (within Malaysia) will be bare by organiser. (We wish you can get your finisher item before Christmas)
  9. The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising.
  10. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules & Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof
