Race Format

Category	Format
12 hours	Run for 12 hours and runners with most lap wins the race. Fastest overall time will be used for tie breaker Duo relay require 2 team members taking turn to complete the loop
6 hours	Run for 6 hours and runners with most lap wins the race. Fastest overall time will be used for the tie breaker
13km (Junior Only)	Fastest time to complete the 9km course will be declared as winner.

Notes:

Registration period will be closed on 14^th Nov or earlier if the overall limit of 500 pax is reached.
Entry fee inclusive of permit and insurance.
Register in group of 5 pax to enjoy 5% discount.

Entry to FRIM

Entry fee to FRIM is RM1 per head for Malaysian Citizen and RM5 for Non-Malaysian Citizen
For Participants, the entry fees will be waived. Show bib at the guard on duty as proof.
For Non-Participants the standard entry fee will be applied

Parking

Participants can park their car or motorbike inside FRIM
Limited space is available on the venue
Optional parking space is available at the following area (600m walking distance):

Kelab FRIM
Padang FRIM

RM5 parking fees will be excluded for runner’s vehicle by showing participant’s bib at the guard house. Other non-participant vehicles will be charged RM5 per vehicle

Toilet and shower

Toilet and shower are available at the venue
Additional toilets (Portable toilet) are also available

Accommodation

Participants are encouraged to setup their own tent at the designated camping area
There is no chalet available inside FRIM

Prayer (for muslim)

There is open hall at the race site for muslim to pray.
