Run Concept:

For the 5th year, All Women's Action Society (AWAM) will be holding the White Ribbon Run, with the theme "Breaking the Silence, Ending the Violence". This charity fun/ awareness run is open to all, but we especially welcome families and communities to join us.

THE WHITE RIBBON RUN
From 2013 to 2016, AWAM organized the White Ribbon Campaign and Run to end violence against women and girls. We do so by providing a space for men to speak about gendered violence, effectively breaking the status quo of women’s rights and personal safety being seen as a private or taboo matter in society. In past events, we successfully brought together a total of 8,500 participants to break the silence on violence.

We, the All Women's Action Society (AWAM), are an independent, non-profit working towards eliminating gender based violence.
