- Pertandingan terbahagi kepada dua (2) kategori :
- Kategori Pelajar Sekolah (13 tahun sehingga 17 tahun)
- Kategori Dewasa (18 tahun ke atas)
The competition is divided into two (2) categories:
a) School Student Category (13 years to 17 years)
b) Adult Category (18 years and above)
- Pendaftaran penyertaan akan disahkan selepas bayaran penyertaan dijelaskan.
Registration for participation will be confirmed after the participation fee is paid.
- Tarikh tutup pendaftaran adalah pada jam 12.00 tengahari, 18 Jun 2021 (Jumaat). The closing date for registration is at 12.00 noon, 18 June 2021 (Friday).
- Yuran penyertaan adalah RM30.00 untuk setiap penyertaan tidak termasuk kos transaksi bayaran sebanyak 6 peratus daripada yuran penyertaan. Kos tersebut perlu ditanggung oleh peserta. The entry fee is RM30.00 for each entry excluding the transaction cost of payment of 6 percent of the entry fee. The cost must be borne by the participants.

- Saiz lukisan adalah seperti berikut :
- Kategori Pelajar Sekolah (Kertas A3)
- Kategori Dewasa (Kertas A2)
The size of the drawing is as follows:
- School Student Category (A3 Paper)
- Adult Category (A2 Paper)
- Tema lukisan adalah BURUNG TAKAU (BROADBILL).
The theme of the painting is TAKAU BIRDS (BROADBILL)
- Satu (1) pendaftaran adalah untuk satu (1) lukisan sahaja. Sekiranya peserta ingin mengemukakan lebih daripada satu (1) lukisan, peserta diminta untuk membuat pendaftaran baru.
One (1) registration is for one (1) drawing only. If participants wish to submit more than one (1) drawing, participants are requested to make a new registration.
- Peserta boleh menghasilkan lukisan tersebut di mana-mana lokasi bermula 3 April 2021 sehingga 18 Jun 2021.
Participants can produce the drawing at any location from April 3, 2021 to June 18, 2021.
Serahan Lukisan dan Pengumuman Pemenang
- Lukisan yang telah siap boleh dihantar kepada urusetia pada 19 Jun 2021 sebelum jam 12.00 tengahari di Pusat Informasi Pelancongan, Kuala Kubu Bharu (Balai Bomba Lama) ATAU pos diposkan kepada Mohd Idrus bin Mahmud Jamli, Jabatan Perancang Bandar, Majlis Daerah Hulu Selangor, Jalan Bukit Kerajaan, 44000 Kuala Kubu Bharu. Sekiranya peserta berhasrat untuk menghantar lukisan lebih awal, sila hubungi urusetia ditalian 01156314907 (Mohd Idrus). Lokasi Pusat Informasi Pelancongan - Lat : 3°33'47.79"N Long : 101°39'36.31"E
The completed drawings can be sent to the secretariat on 19 June 2021 before 12.00 noon at the Tourism Information Center, Kuala Kubu Bharu (Old Fire Station) OR posted to Mohd Idrus bin Mahmud Jamli, Town Planning Department, Hulu Selangor District Council, Jalan Bukit Kerajaan, 44000 Kuala Kubu Bharu. - Peserta boleh memasukkan “Watermark” bersaiz (3 inci x 2 inci) pada penjuru kanan bawah lukisan. Participants can insert a "Watermark" size (3 inches x 2 inches) in the lower right corner of the drawing.
- Lukisan Penyertaan tidak akan dikembalikan. Peserta kekal memegang hakcipta gambar yang dikemukakan. Namun, pihak penganjur berhak mengguna lukisan tersebut sebagai bahan promosi Wings Of KKB pada masa hadapan dan kredit nama pelukis akan diberi tanpa melibatkan yuran atau bayaran. Entry Drawings will not be returned. Participants retain the copyright of the photographs submitted. However, the organizers reserve the right to use the painting as promotional material for Wings Of KKB in the future and credit will be given to the artist's name without involving any fees or charges.
- Keputusan juri adalah muktamad. The jury's decision is final.
- Setiap penyertaan adalah layak untuk mendapat cabutan bertuah yang akan diadakan pada 20 Jun 2021.
Each entry is eligible for a lucky draw which will be held on 20 June 2021.
- Pemenang akan diumumkan secara langsung semasa upacara penutup program di laman Facebook Rasmi Wings of KKB : Selangor International Birds Fair pada 2 Jun 2021 (https://www.facebook.com/WoKKBOfficial). Winners will be announced live during the closing ceremony of the program on the Official Facebook page of Wings of KKB: Selangor International Birds Fair on 2 June 2021 (https://www.facebook.com/WoKKBOfficial).
